I can't provide one, but I am signing on for the ass kickings as well. Exercise and diet have been poor recently.

I've let my nutrition go to hell. I know that for me, solid nutrition is the key to weight loss. I know that most of my eating is emotion based. I know all this - but I still let it all spiral down these past few weeks.

I need a swift kick to the ass to get back on track.
