Hey Gsmith!

I hear ya on the accountability. I was recently laid off and now have "time" to go to the gym but always find other things to do ... (laundry, dishes, watching tv, bible study etc). I"d be happy to get to know you and help you if you help me :)

I am new to this and i NEED to lose weight! I am a stay at home mom of 2 and I need to do this for myself and my family! Anyone in the same boat? I need that push to keep on the right track. Can email/text to keep in contact! emoticon

Keep up the good work everyone! I know its not easy but We are all here for a reason.. TO BE HEALTHY AND LOSE WEIGHT!!! :)
