You will get past the raid of the food pantry in time emoticon .One thing you can do is put healthily snack in the front , also post your goals on the door of the food pantry , or a photo , or a saying the motivates you . emoticon .

I have been doing this for two weeks! My brain is still fighting me some days and I want to raid the food pantry and eat everything in there! But knowing I have to report in here and listening to the daily coaches helps me so much! Thank you!! Down 6.2 pounds!!!
