Well... I followed my game plan for the 4th of July potluck! I stuck to eating the chicken and shrimp kabobs that I made to share along with some fresh grilled corn and grapes. I also didn't give into temptation and eat any of the cookies or brownies or other unhealthy desserts and ate my cinnamon apple chobani that I had packed for myself (: Plus, my family walked into DC to watch the fireworks so I got a bonus 3(ish) mile walk in too!
