Hi, I found the article "Exercises to improve your posture" and think it is great! I have to start here where it comes to stretching and strength-training. I would be very helpful if someone at Spark could turn this article into a program that can show up at the exercise tracker. I guess I can do that myself (not sure, i'm new) but I think there must be more people around for whom this would be a great think to have al little more easy access to!
