Ive been following the meal plans that Spark People provide.. Im more hungry in the evening.. like all I can think about is food and when im going to eat.. i dont know if its because I was pregnant and would make sure I was eating and stuff.. I just dont know.. I dont exactly know whats good to eat and what will make me fuller.. and I drink plenty of water, I try to get my 8 glasses in.

I agree that it would help to know what you're eating so that we can offer suggestions. Also, if you were eating a lot more before starting this program and dramatically reduced your calories to get into your recommended range, that might have been too much of a change for your body too quickly.

and you're positive it's not thirst?
are you eating somewhat "empty" calories, that disappear too soon?

I have a similar issue, except that it isn't that I am always hungry. I am just never full. After I eat poorly for a few days, I start to confuse the two. I had surgery a few weeks ago, and ate differently. So now I keep thinking I am hungry. But I am ok, just not full. List what you are eating and maybe someone can help.
