You can search for the name of those exercises in the fitness tracker and they will be listed in there where you can enter the minutes, number of reps and sets and then add it to your tracker. That will then also add a calorie burned amount.
I've been doing some of the daily excerises you see on the sparks page under "Excerise of the Day". My problem comes in how to count or add this to your tracking. The excerise tells you enough in how to do them, but not what calories you burn. Sometimes I just do them till I feel I've worked at them enough, but then How do you put this in your tracker? Does anyone else do these and count them? Thank You.
