Hummm i eat a ton of fruits and veggies and i actually cant ride a bike lol i guess i could try running but i would still go to the gym 5 times a week seeing as i pay for it. I take my dogs for walks and i recently went bowling which im sure burns calories emoticon ha. well thanks.

Hmmm......how about a challenge to try some new physical activity or one that you haven't done for awhile. You mention going to gym 5 days a week, but why not switch it up. Go for a run (couch to 5K if you aren't yet into running) or a walk or a bike ride etc. Try to get a workout in that doesn't involve the gym.

Or how about a challenge to try an unfamiliar fruit or vegetable. Be adventuresome.

Or do you need to be challenged to get enough sleep?

Alright so i've been on here for a month and have been on weight watchers before my overall weightlost (not sparkpeople weight lost is 36 pounds)

i already drink tons of water
i already eat lots of fruits and veggies because I found that they have dramatically low calories which allows me to eat snacks emoticon yay snacks!

i already go to the gym for an hour, 5 times a week (my challege cant be to go longer, i have a job and i am a college student) anyways... with that said... any challenges for me? emoticon
