I started the Insanity workouts last Saturday. The first day I needed to take about 100 breaks, I was sooooo out of shape (it has been a year since I worked out). But slowly I have been able to keep up and take fewer breaks. I love the variety the Insanity provides as well as I love that I feel I am working hard for a short period of time. By the time I finish my workout I am dripping sweat, and only after about 40 min. Whereas when I was jogging on the treadmill for 40 minutes I would not sweat as much.
