Get leaner, stronger, and fitter!

Strength training protects and transforms the body, when practiced consistently. I'm looking for some good gym buddies who want to build this simple-yet-amazingly-effective habit into their lives.

Why strength-training?

The health benefits of strength training include: increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, a temporary increase in metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL (good) cholesterol.

It also makes you look your best in a swim suit. And will lead to the need for smaller pants, with time.
