Congratulations on the weight loss. Are you new to Spark? Welcome. I have been here for over a year and lost 46 pounds on Spark. What really helps me most is tracking all the food that I eat every day. Looking forward to getting to know another member in the "older" age group.

I am 71 years young and excited about my new lifestyle change. My energy level is great, and I have been successful in losing over 45 lbs I am taking nutritional supplements designed to help me get the most out of life.I appreciate SparkPeople and the information they provide in helping me!
