I do the same thing when I can, but I usually end up changing things. Good for you on sticking to your plan.

Is it a Good Strategy to plan out your daily meals on the tracker first thing in the morning to make sure there are no slip ups by simply sticking to it??? It's the first thing I do while drinking my first cup of coffee in the morning. It works for me- I was just wondering what y'alls thoughts were on doing it like that. And I ALWAYS eat exactly what's on the list and nothing more.........
