I weigh right after I pee in the am once a week. I was having TOM. We will see what next Thursday am says : 0 )

Also, TOM can be a big deal for some women too. Once a month (you know when) the scale will just bounce up or down, depending upon your bodies chemistry. Some women don't have it - some do. But that 8 days makes me wonder if that might be another cause...

Eight days ago and today, did you weigh at approximately the same time of day? If not, morning and evening weights can vary by even as much as 5-6 pounds. And what about clothes - same amount of clothes on both times?

Either Ive done an excellent job these last 7 days or my scale is busted! I weighed 8 days ago and I weighed myself 4 times in different parts of the living room, and my scale says I lost 11 lbs this morning. Im confused but if its right Im ecstatic!
