Why is it that when you decide to make positive strides for yourself that issue after issue comes your way, lol? I have not been able to do the cardio or exercise for this week yet due to my back injury rearing it's ugly head but have kept my calories in check. Still lost 2.2 pounds which is great but have spent the better part of today on the phone with my child's school and the school area superintendent regarding bullying issues. These teachers are supposed to be adults that help our children with their social skills but instead are refusing to deal with the issues and are passing them off on the Grade 6 peer mediators. My 7 year old daughter has been physically hurt by 3 different boys over the past 4 months and I am frustrated. I can't wait until my back is well enough to workout again because it always helps to keep my mind level lol. Well thanks for listening and I hope everyone is having a great day!!!
