1 pound lean ground turkey 2 garlic cloves chopped fine 1/4 of a small onion chopped fine 1/4 of a small green pepper chopped fine 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 teaspoon parmasan cheese 1/2 teaspoon sugar salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon fennel seeds crushed (this ingredient is optional) red pepper flakes (also optional unless you like it hot)
In a bowl, combine all ingredients cover and refridgerate a few hours, overnight is best.
Shape into eight patties.
Cook in a fry pan you have sprayed with Pam for about 4 minutes each side
