I'm heading to a fireworks viewing dinner/get together tonight. There are always many tempting things to choose from, so my goal for tonight is to not eat anything that I can't confidently track. I think this will help keep me from grazing or going back for a little more of this or that.

-finally have the scale moving again after a 5 to 6 week plateau
-worked out everyday and amassed 70 plus hours of fitness
-fell off the healthy eating wagon often this past month but was continuously able to get back on track.
-lost 2 lbs. this past week
