Ready for a fresh week! This weekend I had a bachelorette party and couples shower... full of bad food and drinks! Today is Monday, and I'm back on track! :-)

I didn't have the greatest day all in all. Ate too much at a potluck dinner, and I haven't exercised in days.

Hi I am back i have been following this thread for a while. My internet had gotten disconnected but I just got it back.

My successes for the week:
1. didn't go over range on calories all week (but was under a couple of days)
2. got a lot done and avoided procrastination many times this week
3. chose chamomile tea over coffee a few times this week to help ease my tension rather than add to it

Please join me in the June 1-30 Buddy Motivation Challenge. Everyone is welcome.

The plan is simple. Each day we post:

1. Number of calories:
2. Number of minutes of exercise:
3. Number of glasses of water:
4. Motivation: (the same one everyday)
5. Delight: (What made you smile or brought you joy today?)

On Day 1, state what your motivation is to lose weight. Repeat this same motivation for the next 30 days. Your motivation has to be something that will inspire you to lose weight.

This is an example:

exercise: 30 min
motivation: July 4th party
delight: the invitation to the party

FRIDAY is Success Day. Post any successes you've have during the week.
