Sorry to say that i got off track however i am back on track and doing AWESOME!!!

Tonight I am looking forward to the new classes I have joined at the gym. And I cant wait!!

i am doing kickboxing and zumba.

well I am happy to report I have 4.2 pounds to get under 200. I can not wait. I have been working so hard on this. I have had a few injuries and was able to get thru it and keep going. i am finding all types of items that I like to eat. I am addicted to lean pockets and hard boiled eggs as snacks. And when I went shopping last night there were 3 more flavors that I have never tried and was able to get them. Garlic Chicken and Cheese Phenominal!

Not sure what is going on with me. These last couple days were very emotioinal for me. I have did great healthy eating so that is a plus. However emotions were horrible.

The only thing that was different is the wedding shower.


Hopefully the week will be much better.

Wow I am really realizing that as long as I stay on track this can be smooth sailing. I have been working my rear off and it feels great! Last night I was told that we might go on vacation in November to Florida. and I am so excited to go. I will be working even harder now. I have such a great support team. It is a wonderful feeling.

Last Night I worked my tookus off.

I walked my normal 1.25 miles, logged 16255 steps, did the wii fit plus for 70 minutes. Jumping jacks, jumped rope.

Then we went to the store and they had a great clearance sale. So I rewarded myself i bought a new pair of jeans for 3.49!! kmart of course however I am so happy to report they are a SIZE 14!!! Woo Hoo.

i am stoked. All this hardwork is really starting to pay off. I am so proud of myself!!

I have been giving this my all and will continue to do so.

another awesome workout. It looks dreary out today.

I parked my car at the other location this morning and walked on down to my work.

Tonight I will be doing more on my wii fit plus and going for a 1.23 mile walk. I have been doing this everyday. I have been eating lunch at my desk so I can sneak out of work at lunch and out for a wall at lunch.

Congrats on your success so far and here's to many more. Just a quick question...do you know your tracker is off?? You said you were 225 when you started and now 210..but it says you are 462??? I love using my tracker and watching it work it's way to my goal.

Had a phenominial work out last night and cant wait to do it again tonight.

Last night I used the wii zumba. I loved it this is the first time I was able to complete the 20 minutes work out and looking forward to doing it again tonight.

My new goal is 50 situps a day. I start my morning with stretching before getting out of bed then to the dresser( to hold my feet) 10 and then throughout the day I complete a total of 50.

I also am going to start logging my steps from my pedometer.

I am so into this feel better look better eat healty I CAN DO IT.

This is the first time ever in a diet that I have felt this way.

Good Morning fellow sparkers :)

Well this has been an incredible start to my journey. I am learning so much useful information on spark and also from fellow sparkers.

when I started the journey a few weeks ago i was at 225 I am now down to 210.

I would like to get to around 175. I have been telling myself one day a week and it has helped me tremendously.

I have also been logging everything that I do. I do not have a computer at home so I can not log on the weekends and I have to tell you I have withdrawl. lol

I am going to reward myself this weekend with two things.

1- We are going hiking and I must say I am really looking forward to it.

2- we are also going bowling and I cant wait!! My kids are so excited to go as well.
