IheartMaddie, assuming you did it for 30 minutes, I have an app in my phone that has all the workouts, all of Jillian Michaels Workouts are in it..Which i love, i logged your weight and Level 2 for 30 minutes and it gave me 433 calories..Hope this helps, or give you an idea...

I really have been enjoying 30DS, i'm on day 3 level 2.
I track it as "circuit training".

I did day 3 Level 3 today. I haven't been sore since the first half of Level 1, so you may not see the soreness come back, but if you're not feeling challenged it's definitely time to progress to the next level.

To track it search for "strength training" in the fitness tracker. There are moderate or intense to vigorous options. I used moderate for Level 1 and for Levels 2 and 3 I've used intense to vigorous. It might not be exact on the calories burned but it's at least tracking your minutes.

Well I just did Day 1 of Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and it kicked my butt!! I did level 1 for 5 days straight, minus Sunday, and decided it was time to move on to level 2. I no longer felt challenged enough and wasn't sore the next day at all. Even at the end of the workout I no longer needed to sit down and take a rest before doing anything else.

Anyone else there with me?

I'm also tring to get a good guesstimate on how many calories I burned. I'm 5'7" and weigh 260. I don't have a HRM yet unfortunately. Any good rules of thumb?
