emoticon to SparkPeople! I've been told that weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% fitness - also that jogging helps but we also need strength training to build muscles so our bodies burn more calories. Check out the HEALTHY LIFESTYLE section and look at the articles under FITNESS to get more ideas - good luck on your journey!

Jogging ranks an intensity of 7 on a scale of 1-10, where skipping rope is the max 10 and sleeping rates a 0.9.

So it certainly will burn a hunk of calories in a short time.

I will get into my wedding suit again.

Welcome to sparks - so glad you have joined us

Take time to make up a sparkpage - you will get a lot of encouragement when you do so

Also take time to participate on all the groups you have joined - encouragement is giving there also

As for jogging I am sure that it will help with weight loss especially if you combine proper eating

If I can be of help please just ask
