My Favorite MEATLOAF; 5 meat Meatloaf 1lb of ground Chicken 1lb of ground Turkey 1lb of ground Pork 1lb of ground Beef 1lb of ground Venison or other meat 4 or 5 whole Eggs 4 tsp ground pepper 1 large onion chopped 15 oz can Tomato soup 2 cups of Oatmeal
I mix the eggs, pepper, onion, tomato soup and oatmeal together then add the meats and mix well. I have baked this in muffin cups for individual meatloafs, as 5 1-pound meatloafs, and as one big one. I have left the top plain, put ketchup on it and also have put barbecue sauce on it. I have cooked it in the oven at 325 degrees, microwaved it and cooked it on the barbecue grill. I I have also taken part of the mixture and added garlic and Italian spices and made meatballs for spaghetti. Makes 20 individual servings.
