HI, starting again after floundering for months. I will start with my usual goal, and plan to do more next month. I really have to balance and not go overboard with exercise or I burnout or let other things in my life slide.
This is my first Month on the site so I am going with 600 minutes for June. Not fond of excercise other than walking but I am attempting to get the weight off and no better time than summer. :)

Wow I been doin calories instead of minutes lol my bad well then it's around 500 I'll have to get the exact # :D I was tired when I joined this LOL Okay so my real totals are as follows
500/3000 minutes (includes a little of the playing with kids option) 3700/19,000 calories It breaks down to somewhere near 30 minutes of strength training work outs 90+minutes of stationary bike at moderate level 30 minutes of elliptical machine daily (weekdays) 50 minutes playing with my little one

I'm back. I managed to meet my 750 minutes goal for last month, but barely. So, I am going to scale back a little because I am still not back to full strength with my bronchitis. If I am significantly ahead of schedule at mid-month, I'll raise my goal.
30 minutes x 5 days per week x 4 weeks = 600 minutes
May was a rough month for me and I don't really know what to expect for June. My whole routine is going to change because my son is out of school (yes, already!) for summer vacation, the lap swim hours at my pool have been reduced and my husband will be out of town for part of the month. I will however, do what I can, when I can and make every effort to meet my goal!
I am going on vacation but hope to get in at least 1000 minutes or more in June.

I vow to keep up with my regimin which is 6000minutes per 5 day week. 1200 per day. That would make around 24,000 minutes and I will leave some room for error in case I need to miss a day or two or they are closed (or I'm sick etc) and say 19,000 minutes. I am pretty sure that won't happen though because I am very strict. lol. If you count the playing with my little one I have around 1500 minutes now for yesterday so I guess my numbers would end up 1,500/19,000 for now!

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for June. We would love to have some new folks join us this month and I am hoping that the seasoned members return!!! For any new challenge members we have been setting a monthly workout minutes goal and posting as follows:

I am going to up my workout minutes goal to 1500 minutes this month-still trying to push myself a bit more, drop some pounds and get into shape for my cruise in September!!
