This will be my first time joining this challenge. I tried last month to hit 1000 but fell 100 short. I will do it in June though. I am already on my way with a walk on lunch earlier and a trip to the gym planned after work. I will do this.

Hey guys! Even though May was the first time I didn't meet the challenge this year, I'm upping June. I teach and I'm off during the summer with plans to incorporate more frequent workouts with strength training.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for June. A new month that offers us a new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I am going to keep my goal at 1800 minutes, my daughter and granddaughter arrive at the end of this month!!!
