This will be my first time joining this challenge. I tried last month to hit 1000 but fell 100 short. I will do it in June though. I am already on my way with a walk on lunch earlier and a trip to the gym planned after work. I will do this.

Hey guys! Even though May was the first time I didn't meet the challenge this year, I'm upping June. I teach and I'm off during the summer with plans to incorporate more frequent workouts with strength training.

I am new and would love to join the challenge. I don't want to fail on my 1st attempt so am going to set my minutes to 1200
My goal for June is not as high as some but aiming to hit 650 fitness min. I am at least off to a good start I have 625 remaining after this mornings DVD!

My June goal will once again be a modest 600 minutes. I hope to do more minutes than that (I did 755 minutes in May) ... but I do better when I feel I can exceed a goal.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for June. A new month that offers us a new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I am going to keep my goal at 1800 minutes, my daughter and granddaughter arrive at the end of this month!!! Hope to see you all back again for more and how great would it be to see some new folks joining us this month too!!
