Hey guys I'm 18 and wanting to lose around 30 pounds and tone up, I would love to make friends and meet new people who are doing the same. It would be great to motivate each other. I used to have teen sparks but now I've joined this website. I have a gym appointment this morning for curves gym and I can't wait. I'm joining up and going to try and workout at least 3 times a week at the gym and then hopefully will increase this. My problem is emotional eating and I find it so hard to stop but I'm working on it and everyday is a new start so I have to be positive instead of beating myself up about it. My self esteem is so low, I hate feeling like this. I think it's time for a change for sure.
