emoticon Went swimming today and I feel better than I have in along time. I a while I am getting on my Wii and workout some more. emoticon emoticon

This is the only life we ever get to live, so each day is precious. Love yourself and know that eating sugar/starches isn't what matters, so you CAN follow the diabetic diet and lose the weight.
Don't quit. Stay with this each day.

Today, I took a look at my life and I feel like it is worth living. I had given up on myself and I don't ever want to feel that way again. So, I am reaching out to anyone who is willing to help support me on my journey in diabetes management and weight loss. I am lost and I want guidance.
