Anybody interested in using this thread to list 3 things-a-day that fell within your plan toward weight loss. For example, if you avoided getting seconds/2 servings, ate more fruit, etc. This would be a daily post of threes that are built into your new lifestyle plan. I'll start it off, if no interest, that's okay. I just want us to share 3 things/a day that went well. Here goes:
1. Ate egg beaters instead of fresh eggs.
2. Chose bacon instead of sausage which I love but, sausage has way more fat.
3. Avoided putting any butter/margarine on pancakes today. Used less syrup.
