I lost almost 4 lbs since last week! I know it wont always go that fast but I am so excited to be heading in the right direction!!

9 days of tracking my foods, almost finished with my first week of the 5k challenge, and haven't had any alcohol for a week! I feel like I might be following through with some of my goals for once I am not giving up and hope to reach the finish line! emoticon
