There will always be something to disrupt one's planned efforts. That's why it is so important to have Plan A, Plan B, Plan C --- and plans that work when you are in settings, away from [the gym] [cooking / eating at home] --- whatever you can imagine as your challenge, there is a way to make your plans fit your circumstances. Just give it a try. If it doesn't work, try something else.

This morning I woke up late because I watched the election's results until early morning. I almost wanted to skip the exercise but I had to keep my routine exercise so I did it.

I felt good afterward.
