There will always be something to disrupt one's planned efforts. That's why it is so important to have Plan A, Plan B, Plan C --- and plans that work when you are in settings, away from [the gym] [cooking / eating at home] --- whatever you can imagine as your challenge, there is a way to make your plans fit your circumstances. Just give it a try. If it doesn't work, try something else.
