What kind of spaghetti do you use because pasta has a lot of sodium on it also? I would imagine that whole wheat spaghetti would probably be lower in sodium than the regular spaghetti. Wouldn't you think so. If you think of any more just let me know please and thanks for the suggestion. emoticon

The easiest low-sodium dish in my home is spaghetti with the lowest sodium marinara sauce in the store. It's pre-made, but usually not too bad sodium-wise, as long as I don't add cheese or garlic bread to the meal!
