I'm in! I have been at 155-157 now since mid December and I'm ready to start losing again. My goal is to be 140-145 pounds. I haven't been there in so long that I don't know if 145 will be the end or if I can go lower. My plan is to go back to eating at least 80% of my meals clean and to exercise at least 30-60 minutes everyday, as long as my medical conditions allow me to.
My original goal date was 1/1/11, but now I am aiming for 4/1/11. This is a little more than 10 weeks from now. At least a pound a week is what I need.
