I made the lentil burgers for dinner last night. My family does like lentils but I was not crazy about this burger. But the recipe makes 8 servings and there was a lot left over. For lunch today I made stuffed bell peppers out of the lentil mixture. Added some red pepper and cumin. after stuffing the pepper halves with the mixture I put a tablespoon of marinara sauce on top and baked in a 375 oven for an hour and 15 min. They are really good and spicy. Oops, almost forgot. I put about 1/2 inch. of water in the casseroole dish to make sure they steamed really well, baked them uncovered.
