I've been here going on five years and my advice is DON'T QUIT. Most everyone does and tghey go back to old eating habits and never get to their goals. Do this for your HEALTH and stay with it no matter what.
I was a member before and you've heard the old fell off the wagon, yada, yada....soooo won't bore you with the details. My inner self wants to slip into that little black dress and feel sexy, to go to the beach without being mistaken for the whale, and most of all hopefully longevity with better health is in my future. Anyone else over 50 just starting or in the ongoing throes of working against our forever stubborn slowing metabolism? Please feel free to friend me if you can relate.
