Still 178. No exercise, except cleaning house. I am hosting bunco and dinner tomorrow night and really procrastinated cleaning the house... so tonight I am trying to do everything. Our new buddy was good tonight.. and cleaned up his toys, so that helped. I am planning a very healthy meal without candy around I don't want to gain before the weekend, which is my weakest time.

178 I didn't get as much walking in as I would like.I did hit all the goals on my eating. I am still feeling motivated and having fun with this! Feeling overwhelmed at work though and we are taking in a foster child at home.. so I have a lot of distractions. I really want to do the exercise component though andmake it a habit.I have bunco at my house this week.. let's see how healthy I can make the meal.

How smart it is to take it serious when you only have a bit to lose, like you do. I agree the most important part is being healthy and you are setting such a good example for your kids.

Welcome back. I am starting over again myself. I want to be healthy and in good shape to enjoy life with my kids (and some day grandkids). I know the key is to stick with this plan because it really does work. Good luck to you.

I am starting over AGAIN. I keep gaining and losing the same thirty pounds and I am sick of it. I would love to lose it, and then while feeling good about myself.. keep living a healthy lifestyle. I am surrounded by women my age that are extemely active, run, hike, bike, snowshoe.. etc.. and yet I am rarely even walking. I can't workout with them.. first of all I would slow them down at this point, and secondly they are working out when I am at work. I really want to be a healthy person and then this time I am sticking to it.
About me.. wife, mom of three grown daughters and two son in laws (three this summer), grandma to the greatest kid on this planet, and right now we are doing specific foster care for a 7 year old awesome little boy. I work full-time and love my job. Life really is good and I need to start living a life that celebrates that. I am on my way!
