OK seriously under ate today. I specifically made myself eat over 1200 cals the next day. This under eating is not a normal thing for me but I'm broke and I've been eating the same thing for a week and a half already and I have a week and a half till the next paycheck, you wouldn't want to eat either.

Right I'm going to use this as a daily round up of the previous days cals, protein, water, exercise, etc.
So yesterday 5/19/12 1598 cals. (18cals over high end of daily goal) 106 gm. protein (goal of 90) 10 cups water/crystal light 42 min walking, 17 min/mile All together not bad. The cals. only went over because I got really hungry around 11pm, tried to wait it out but ended up having 2 slices of Delightful bread toast w/ a tbls. of Smart Balance spread at midnight. Was able to sleep after that.
