Not quite as cheap as it is in Maine (I saw that it is down around $3 a pound!!)... but we have a grocery store that since they moved to the area last fall has been consistently selling lobster for about $5.99 a pound... a good $5 cheaper than their nearest competitor!

We never eat lobster here in NC due to the price. It's been years since I've had it. Lucky people in Maine (well not the fishermen I suppose).
It won't be less then bologna anywhere other then Maine, but we get la ot of lobster from them. There is a huge abundance this year so I am hoping to see a good drop in prices here, but I will not hold my breath.
