Welcome! I think you may have better luck if you join some spark teams that interest you- you will probably have a much easier time making friends there and finding people that are in the same situation as you!
Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!
Hi everyone, I've been on SP since August, exercising regularly since June. I am not overweight (still in the healthy BMI range) but I've gained about 15 pounds in the last 2 years and so I'm trying to stay active and healthy -- I don't want to gain another 15 pounds anytime soon!
I'm 35 and I've definitely noticed how health is harder to maintain as I'm creeping up in age.
I use SP to track my exercise minutes. It's motivating to track them and see how many SP points I have. My main goal is to have my pants fit more comfortably again!
Anyone out there in a similar place? Even if you're not, "friend" me! I'd love to be on this journey with other SP'ers!
