I've been on SP since August, exercising regularly since June. I am not overweight (still in the healthy BMI range) but I've gained about 15 pounds in the last 2 years and so I'm trying to stay active and healthy -- I don't want to gain another 15 pounds anytime soon!
I'm 35 and I've definitely noticed how health is harder to maintain as I'm creeping up in age.
I use SP to track my exercise minutes. It's motivating to track them and see how many SP points I have. My main goal is to have my pants fit more comfortably again!
Anyone out there in a similar place? Even if you're not, "friend" me! I'd love to be on this journey with other SP'ers!
