Good luck. I really really love tomato soup but the only kind I like is from the restaurant La Madeleine. I can't do most tomato soups that are pre-made because they add some kind of sugar or sweetener, and that ruins it for me. Tomatoes are best unblemished by sugar, with their natural zest shining through.

I learned to make a tomato bisque, but now I want a recipe that has good tomato flavor, is tasty, and lowfat. Not asking much am I??? If you could share one I would love it!
