Hi all! I am looking for someone to hold me accountable and that I can check in with each week to see how everything is going. This would require at least weekly contact (the more the better!) to hold each other accountable with workouts and food. I have some major weight-loss goals I am trying to achieve, and I think this will help me out greatly (and hopefully you as well!). Starting last Sunday, my plan is to workout 30 minutes per day, most days (at least 4-5 each week). I succeeded with 5 workouts during my first week.
