You can Google restaurants for their nutritional info. Not all of them provide it, but many fast food chains do.
As for quick helthy meals, I do some microwave meals on busy nights, like the pot roasts and stuff with a veg, but I know not everyone here thinks those are a good option. I'll also do a salad kit (Southwest, Caesar, etc.) with some chicken on top. You really have to watch portion sizes on those,though, because they do tend to be caloric for not a whole lot.
Turkey bratwurst goes fairly quickly, boil then grill or pan fy, I can usually get those cooked and eaten within an hour. You could also make up some casseroles on the weekends, freeze them, then pop them in the oven on busy nights.
