I would like to try this one. I am at 249.5 and my goal would be right at 239lbs
Getting off to a rough start! 5/4 I weighed in at 247.5. I was soooo excited! Then that evening I went to pick something off of the floor and had a MAJOR back spasm. Usually, in the past, I would be mortified to admit this and frustrated to the point of paralysis. However, I don't believe I had lost 2lbs in a few days nor do I believe I have gained 5+ in 5 days. So, I am going to weigh in on Saturday and I am sure I will find closer to 249 again. I haven't worked out since 5/4 and today I am going to start it up again.
