Work It Out Wednesday! This morning at the gym I pushed my body to BEAST MODE. 45 minutes spinning and 35 minutes on the elliptical. Over 50 ounces of H2O already down...STAY READY SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET READY...LET'S GO!!!! What's your fitness plan today?

Come on people the month isn't over...whatever you're doing increase it. You can do it! Don't forge to drink, drink, drink that water!

I ripped it up this morning...completed 1 hour of spinning and 38 minutes on the elliptical...over 50 ounces of water already down. The instructor came up to me at the end of class and said it's nice to have someone in there that kept her motivated...all smiles! Stay Ready So You Don't Have To Get Ready!!!!

It isn't happening for me this month. Started this month out with an injury that threw me off my game. My goal right now is to finish the month under 250lbs. Maybe next month.

So I head to the gym this morning and to my surprise they have the new 2012 Keiser M3 Bikes with Computer. They are awesome! 45 minutes of spinning and 20 minutes on the step mill...done! Over 1000 calories burned...pushing myself to the limit!

Not looking forward to weigh in this week. Since hurting my shoulder I have not been able to do a lot. I am trying to do as much walking as I can as it doesn't jar my shoulder to much. But I know you have to walk A LOT to get really good calories burnage lol

Workout #6 of 6 for the week is complete!!!!! I put it on paper that I would workout 6 days this week and Woohoo I did it!!!! Worked on calves then 1 hour on elliptical...46 mins on stepmill...over 1000 calories burned. Ended by chillin in the sauna!

Workout #5 of 6 for the week is done and I'm feeling pretty good. Just got it in completing W1D1 C25K. Sure didn't feel like working out, but after 10 minutes my heart was racing and my mind took over. I started sweating and my legs were moving. Thank goodness I was home because my once tight workout pants were sliding down lol. Hard work is definitely paying off! What was your workout today?

I have lost 2 of the 5lbs I "gained" in a few day period(?) I know I didn't technically "gain" that much in a few days. Nor did I "lose" 2lbs. in just 1 workout. I plan on weighing in Saturdays with my husband so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

137.8 this morning Yay! Hoping to get down to 129 by June first. So far having kind of a tough time. Tons of family gatherings, cookouts, parties and what not. So hard to be the odd one out eating carrots and chicken while everyone else is eating ribeyes and mashed potatoes. I can do it though!

I would like to try this one. I am at 249.5 and my goal would be right at 239lbs

Getting off to a rough start! 5/4 I weighed in at 247.5. I was soooo excited! Then that evening I went to pick something off of the floor and had a MAJOR back spasm. Usually, in the past, I would be mortified to admit this and frustrated to the point of paralysis. However, I don't believe I had lost 2lbs in a few days nor do I believe I have gained 5+ in 5 days. So, I am going to weigh in on Saturday and I am sure I will find closer to 249 again. I haven't worked out since 5/4 and today I am going to start it up again.

Wish me well! (I don't believe in luck perse because I feel that we contribute to our own "luck")

Keeping strong. Did day 11 of my spring into shape boot camp this morning!!! Did my video plus an extra cardio video. Going to walk at lunch, ride my bike when I get home from work and I have my water aerobics class tonight :) I am stoked!!!!!

I know my weight loss for the first week is quite substantial. I recently had a baby, was breastfeeding, and I also started WW. I'm still going to say my goal for May is 183, because I'm unsure of how my body is going to react to all the changes. I don't want to overestimate and get discouraged! =)

I am new to the site and new to loosing weight via SparkPeople.... starting today at 153 and would like to get back to 143 by month's end. I love to exercise and I love to snack.. two great things that do not go great together when you are trying to lose weight! It is 3 o'clock and I only have 396 calories left to eat today on my plan. YIKES! I will be heading to the gym in an hour.. I have to burn off some of this food I have eaten up today.

I'm in. My goal is to lose 10 lbs by June 10th, so if I can lose 8 by the end of May, I will consider myself successful.

I had a baby almost 6 months ago and have lost all but the last 10 lbs...and i've been stalled at my current weight of 161 for awhile now. I need something to keep me focused and motivated.

Starting weight (5/7/2012): 161.2
Goal weight for 6/1/2012: 153.2
Ultimate goal: 145

Good morning all!!! I am glad its monday!!! It mean I am closer to another long weekend :) I think I did pretty well over the weekend. And if my weight goes up a little or stays the same I will not be disappointed this week. I celebrated this weekend me passing my licensure exam. I tried to eat modestly and I hope i didnt do to much damage lol. But it was for a good cause and I wont be upset!!

I am in for this!! My starting weight, as of today, is 191.9. 181 by May 31st is so me! Then, 10 in June and July, and I am sure to be at my goal of 155 to 160 by my birthday on August 28!! Half a century! I am going to be as fit as I was at 14 as a 12-year ballet dancer! I can't wait!
