I don't have a scale right now, my husband hid it from me. I only get it once every two weeks, so i will get to weigh in next Tuesday. I would love to lose 15 lbs this month, and feel like it should be more considering calories in vs calories burned. But for some reason, the scale is not cooperating with me, and i started to feel frustrated and ready to give up, and that's why I don't have a scale. So, what are those of you that are losing 3-4 lbs a week doing? Share please. I have lowered my nutritional ranges from what SP suggested, I severely monitor my carbs, and I burn 5000 calories a week both in walking and strength training. I work out/walk 1.5-2.5 hours a day, and keep my calories between 1250-1800, fluctuating high and low, yet the number on the scale is going up. HELP
