Done with this challenge! Down another 4.4 lbs this week. Total 17.4 lbs loss since starting this challenge. Think I will continue on and try to double the challenge. My mom is coming for a visit at the end of March. I cant wait to see the look on her face when she sees I've dropped 50+ lbs since the last time we saw each other.

They say it does. I also only drink green tea from the Korean market. Not saying anything is wrong with Lipton Green Tea. I just prefer the ones at the Korean market. They don't taste like hay.

I'm not complaining with the crap I ate this weekend. Got in over 5 miles walking yesterday and an hour at the gym with weights. Heading out for a walk now, hoping to get in about 8 today because I am not going to the gym, so next week I KNOW I will have better weight loss.(at least if I can stick to my plan on the weekend.)
@HEIDICJ13- All I do is walk 3-5 miles every day. I eat/drink 1 grapefruit/juice every day. Starting back on 2-3 green tea every day (to burn the belly fat). And I count my calories religiously. I started tracking on 1/17/12 and so far I am down 34 lbs, 13 of those this month. If I can do it, I know you can.

Even though I know it is not a "healthy" goal, I am looking to lose almost 20 lbs by March 16th. My husband has promised me a whale watching trip if I get to 230 by his birthday. It should have been easy, but I fell off the wagon big time for over a month. So this week I am back and really needing a challenge to keep me going, so I'm in. I get on the scale almost everyday when it is cooperating with me, but my normal post days are Tuesdays. Tuesday I was at 253.4. Today just under 250.
Walked 5mls today and started strength training. Got in 21 cups of water. That's a lot I know. I snacked on some wild rice crisps last night and was crazy thirsty today. Sorry to hear you are ill. Get well soon.
