I don't know why, but for some unknown reason, I have suddenly lost inches. I never lose inches. In fact, I rarely measure because the results are always the same. But I've noticed that some of my clothes seem a little bigger lately. So, I got out my tape measure and sure enough, my bust, waist, and hips are all 1/2 inch smaller.

I'm not complaining. I just hope I can keep it up ... and keep the numbers down.

And by the way ... this morning, I reached my goal weight for May. I'm a few days late ... but hey ... at least I got here.

emoticon emoticon emoticon I reached my goal weight this morning that my doctor's set for me to weigh. I now weigh 150 lbs. That makes me a total weight loss of 200 lbs. I have also now lost 114+ inches. Please read my blog of 6/4/12.

Now it is time to move along and see if my body loses any more. I am not changing a thing in my lifestyle. I still want to keep my challenges......so.....

March 2009............350 lbs.
CW........................150 lbs
GW........................148 lbs.

today I let my 5 yo pick the workout he said to do the "black one" = Jillian's Ripped in 30. I said should I do week 2 or week 3. He said 4. I told him that was the harder one and it wasn't the option of 2 or 3. he says "I want to challenge you!" OK, you got me. I did week 4. HAHA.

I may see if I can get a bike ride in later today as well. I do have to run to a few stores and see if I can find some fathers day and birthday presents for hubby.

Welcome EVERYONE it's great to see so many people join us in this challenge. It takes one day at a time.

Today I did Bob's IOM pure burn and strength. BOY OH BOY! struggled with this, since I haven't done it in so long. And the P90X is not as intense as Bob's.

Tonight I have a wedding that starts at 3. So right when I have my normal snack. And I am sure we won't eat dinner until 7 or so. Hope they have some items that are not too high in calories. I may have to bring a granola bar along to make it through till then. A little bummed its colder out today to be wearing the sleeveless dress I bought last month. BUT I did remember I had a little long sleeve thin jacket that I might be able to wear with it. At least then I can take that off if it gets hot in the Church and reception.

Back in January, I set a goal to be under 170 by July 1st. So I'll stick with that and make my June goal 169. I'll be back tomorrow with my official start weight.

Alrighty!! Let's do it. Unfortunalely I weighed today and had GAINED 3.4 from 5/22. No surprise though. That's what happens when you are sitting in a hospital room with your spouse for 9 days!!!! Gotta come up with an alternative!!!!

Well, I ended up maintaining in May SO my goals will be the same for June.

5/30 = 154.0
GOAL for June 30 = any loss!!! I would love to see the 149 number yet.

Hopefully the stress with the 2 boys home for the summer will not ruin my efforts for the next few months.
