Cuda I had a feeling you'd get bored with the intensity after doing the Bob workouts. I would give it till next week and see what you think of that rotation first. You do get a couple different ones thrown in. Especially if you're seeing results.

I only did another 10 minute workout this am, but I was getting a bunch of stuff done around the house so I'm good with that. Will get in a lunch walk and some walking when I get home if the rain holds off, which I hope it does, we'll see. If not I can get in a nice cardio tomorrow and go from there. I'm ready for the weekend unfortunately supposed to spend more time with hubbies family which I'd rather not. But the sooner the house is cleaned out the sooner we can sell it and move on.... I'm really for that.

Last week I had a 3 lb. loss and I'm hoping to see more next week. My weigh in day is Tuesday so hopefully I'll be down another 2 or 3 lbs next week. I am feeling very confident for the first time in a long time!

I was so ready to get back at it with the exercise!! Then my left lung started hurting so bad, I almost thought it was my heart!! Went to the docs yesterday and I have pluresy(?) it's a lung infection and let me tell you, if you've never had it it hurts really bad. So no exercise for me until I can breath again.
With going to the docs yesterday I didn't make my 10 pound loss for him, it was a gain and he upped one of my blood pressure meds again.

So with all that my start weight for May is........196.8, at least it's not the 199 I seen yearlier this week!!!
Goal weight will be........193, would love to see 189 though!!! But I want to be realistic.

I'm off to just relax and try breathing today!!

Turbo - try and take even just a day off and make it a 3 day weekend. and then find somewhere to go hide. Maybe your brothers house with the kids.

justdoit - we have the same goals this month. Start weight and goal weights!

Today was Kenpo X (kickboxing). Is it bad that I am already getting bored with P90X and I am only on week 4?!?!?! I so want to go back to the intense Bob Harper, Jillian, and Kettlebell workouts. But maybe I should still give it a shot and keep going. I WILL be going back to the others as soon as it's done.

Fantastic, I love this challenge!

May 1st = 154.6 lbs
May 31st = 149.9 lbs

I want to lose 4.7 lbs this month so I can be in the 140s by June! I will definitely work hard & track my food because that is what really works for me!

Today was core synergenics. Some new moves, and some that are also in Jillian's workouts.
if no rain at noon, I will be doing a 15 min walk / jog with my 8yo again. We did it yesterday too. Won't have time tomorrow to do it though.

Well I ended up with a 1.4-2.6 lb loss for April (depends if you take the March 31 weight or the April 1 for the start weight) Glad it was a loss. Now to start out May.

4/30 = 154.0 (I will weigh again tomorrow just to see if it changes)
5/31 GOAL: 149! I also have a wedding on June 2.

Today was Start of week 4 of P90X so yoga. I really don't like this. BUT I do my best and do as much as I can handle. I did do a good 60 min of it. Looks like I have to do it a second time later in the week, and a day of stretching out too. Not as intense of a week. Next week all new things again.

Looks like rain for most of the week. If it's not raining at Noon, I will do the walk / run with my 8 yo for his BEE FIT at school. It's a good 15-20 min of extra for me. And looks like the weekend will be warmer, and sunny. SO maybe Sunday we can take a family bike ride.

I teach again this week thus I'm probably going to do a couple kettlebell routines in the am to be ready. I plan to do a couple of hiit routines as well, might not do an insanity this week due to my schedule and I don't want to over do it. I will see what this month brings.

Count Me In! It's my goal to lose 6 pounds by the end of May. This will be a lost of 1.5 pounds a week which I believe is very doable.

A few co-workers and I have decided to start a "Biggest Loser" challenge on May 1st. We are going to put some money in a pot and whoever loses the most weight at the end of the month will wiln the money! A great incentive and I sure could use it!

I will be back tomorrow to give my official "Starting Weight" for this challenge,

BPFREIND - 200 lbs WOW!!! I know how hard it is to get these last pounds off. but I am sure you can do it.

I know my goal will still be to have the middle number hit that 4!! and then to maintain it at that spot.

I have 8 lbs more to lose until I reach to weigh 150 lbs. When I reach my goal, I will have lost 200 lbs. I'm in the fight for my life and each day is a new day of my journey.

I just got back from a 9 day vacation in Hawaii. I gained a TON of weight (3 pairs of my shorts didn't fit me when I came home). I had hit maintenance before going and am scared to death to weigh myself. Time to face the music I guess. I will be here bright and early on the 1st - with a fresh start on my weight loss journey.
