I'm on board. Do we want to do daily or weekly challenges? That is the biggest thing to motivate me. Knowing I get to cross something off a list gives me the extra push to get it done.

Count me in on this challenge! I need to lose 12.5 lbs. per month to reach the weight I want to be when I cruise to Alaska in June.

Weight today: 300
Goal Weight for cruise: 250

okay, so this one is going to be a tricky challenge but it is possible. I have talked to my physician about it. she says it is perfectly healthy to lose 10-20 pounds a month as long as you do it in a healthy way.

lets do this together!! I am going to be trying as hard as I can to lose the most pounds I can a month with at least 10 pounds as a goal!

Who is with me!? With this big of a goal we will need some motivation! :D I am here to help you out, as long as you're here for me. :)
