okay, so this one is going to be a tricky challenge but it is possible. I have talked to my physician about it. she says it is perfectly healthy to lose 10-20 pounds a month as long as you do it in a healthy way.
lets do this together!! I am going to be trying as hard as I can to lose the most pounds I can a month with at least 10 pounds as a goal!
