It's been 21 days on the program today - total inches lost overall is 7 inches - between my waist, hips, arms, and thighs.

I can feel that there are changes going on in my body. I can tell when I take a shower that my trouble areas are getting a bit smaller. And it's only been 3 weeks. If that doesn't motivate me, nothing will!

After 1 month of gym membership I lost a total of 7.65 inches from my body - this is a great spur to keep going even if I'm not yet noticing too much difference.

Congratulations! I am almost at the month mark and have only lost half a pound. But I have lost inches - almost 3 inches total all over my body.

I am supposed to weigh in today and I know it won't show a decrease in weight, but I won't let that get me down. It will happen soon.

Good luck to you!

Well done!

I've lost 1 1/2 inches from waist and 1 inch from my hips! Not much but a start right?

the inches lost will 'show' on your body & clothes faster than the weight sometimes...'weigh' to go!!!

Great job! I know I've lost inches, but not sure how much since didn't have a measuring tape when I first started out, but I know I've lost 4 pounds though. Lost the inches before I saw the pounds come off, that's always good. :)

I measured myself today after my first month on spark. I was excited to see I had lost inches. It seems like I work so hard and walk myself silly sometimes and the weight doesn't drop as fast as I think it should. Seeing today that I was making progress in other ways was very encouraging!
