successsss !!!!!doesn t it feel good.????..i never saw my scale move..... till i joined sparkpeople...it finally started to go down ......11 lbs..oh joyyyyyyy heheheeee finally....i find better ways to stay on track every day here...my coffee and creamer was the biggest surprise!!!! i switched to sugar free creamer and saved 150 cals a day......

Hello!

This is a small loss but I really only started tracking faithfully on Monday, 5/1/12. I am so excited that about this and think i can reach my goal by end of year. :)
