Well I definitely didn't think of the water weight, but that could explain it lol. I actually freaked out at the scale because like I said, it's not healthy lol. But, I think I'll take that number and run with it :P

The first couple of weeks can be just pure fluids. Weight loss is true when it plains out around about 1-2 lbs.. Also the more weight to loss in the begining the faster it can happen, don't worry it usually slows down when the body adjusts to new food and exercise routines..

Hmm..well first of all, let me say, I think alot of us are just plain jealous emoticon
But seriously though, I think the only explanation is water weight. Not to say you're not doing a great job with the diet and exercise portion, but my guess is you've been drinking alot of water lately? It actually has the reverse effect, the more water you drink, the less you'll retain! Also - you tend to lose more weight in the first initial part of any eating / diet plan. I wouldn't expect this kind of weight loss to continue, so don't get discouraged if you only lose a pound one week. But keep it up!!

So when I started I was about 278, and when I weighed in this morning I was 272. I weighed in the morning as per usual and I actually weighed in with clothes on. How the heck is 6 pound weight loss possible? That definitely isn't healthy =\
