Hmm..well first of all, let me say, I think alot of us are just plain jealous
But seriously though, I think the only explanation is water weight. Not to say you're not doing a great job with the diet and exercise portion, but my guess is you've been drinking alot of water lately? It actually has the reverse effect, the more water you drink, the less you'll retain! Also - you tend to lose more weight in the first initial part of any eating / diet plan. I wouldn't expect this kind of weight loss to continue, so don't get discouraged if you only lose a pound one week. But keep it up!!
