Tbh that sounds like a better idea. I just need something before I work out I think and then if I'm still hungry have something else afterwards too

It's different for everyone. The good thing is, you can do what works for you! You won't lose more weight working out on an empty stomach (contrary to the popular myth) and either way is safe, but different people handle morning food differently. I, for example, used to never eat anything before working out. But once I reached the point where I was going for more than an hour... I needed something!

I still don't like to eat heavy before I go, but I do grab a protein shake on the way for quick energy. And eat a good breakfast after!

I guess you are both right. My appetite came back around lunchtime and since then I have felt hungry all afternoon :-/ I think it is best to eat first and then work out in future.

It's fairly normal; some people find that exercise stokes their appetite, and leaves them ravenous... others find that it's an appetite suppressant.

Good on you for listening to your body's cues. Your appetite will likely return later.

You made a post about drinking several bottles of water during your workout.

I know it's important to stay hydrated, but if it's affecting your appetite then try to reduce the number of water bottles.

I prioritize eating breakfast over drinking water.

I have only been actually trying to lose weight since Monday and have found that I've been constantly hungry. Yesterday I got up had breakfast and THEN worked out. However today I felt hungry but decided to work out before eating. When I got to making breakfast I found that I wasn't actually hungry anymore and after 4 mouthfuls I couldn't eat anymore. Is this normal?
