Yeah, I think Officialold lady has the right of it. We really need to look at how far we come, not at how far we have to go. AND we gotta be careful about expecting too much too fast! Attitude can really do down the drain if we set ourselves up for disappointment. So Woo-Hoo those ten pounds! And keep on Sparking until it doubles and triples!

I know how you feel! First of all, I thought it would come off a LOT easier than it did - it took over 2 months! Second, like you said, it doesn't seem to have made that much of a difference; some clothes fit better and some clothes that used to be too tight aren't tight anymore. But 10 pounds GONE is really great, when you think about it. Think about 10 pounds of flour or sugar - it's not like 20 pounds of charcoal or rock salt - but we're not carrying it around anymore! What if we hadn't lost it or - worse - what if we GAINED 10 instead! We have the "first decade" down - GONE- never to return again! Congratulations! And many more 10's to come! We know that the next 10 will really make a difference.
